We bought this mower new for use on the farm in 2016. This has only 260 hrs. We mow 7 or 8 acres regularly which can all be mowed in just a few hours.. The Cat Diesel has plenty of power for the 72 deck. The mulching deck works great and produces bagged quality cuts in most conditions. Heavy grass is not a problem either. This has been a good mower and has never needed any major repair. The deck is in good condition with no damage. These are a heavy commercial unit and quite durable throughout. This mower has foam filled tires, good blades and a new set of deck bearings we just installed. This mower is in great condition and will offer many hundreds or thousands of hours of service. This is NOT a new mower. At 30 feet it looks similar to new. On closer inspection you will see small indications it is a used mower, as would be expected. We cleaned the mower up for pictures. There is grass staining on the deck which would come off if we tried harder no doubt. There is also some rust on top of the deck which you will see in the pictures, owing to missing paint in that area. When the mower sales a 10 percent deposit will be due within 24 hours. The deposit is refundable at time of on site inspection. You wont be disappointed however, there is nothing to not like about this mower. The mower will need to be paid for in full before leaving the property.
