We have redesigned this remote mount lockout valve to make it fit better and easier to install. Full color instructions included with kit. From your tractor seat, open or close the mower deck lockout at will. No longer will you need to get off your tractor and reach under the fender deck to twist that valve. Full color installation instructions make installation straight forward. No need to remove the mower deck. Just remove the rear fender deck (6 bolts), drill the 1/2 hole and connect the lockout valve into existing OEM line using hose assemblies provided in the kit. Everything needed to perform a complete installation is included. Note: When this valve is closed fluid is held in the lift side of the rear cylinder providing a positive lock in the UP position. I’ve been offering this service to local cub cadet, john deere and other sunstrand pump owners/collectors with 100% satisfaction. This “long overdue” service is now available to you. If your valve is leaking fluid you need to dismantle it to replace the seal. Until now when your cub cadet dealer/mechanic recommended that your relief valves need to replaced. Have your valves professionally rebuilt. That’s both valves rebuilt for only $74.95. Valve assembly part numbers ih-123481-c1, ih-123481-c2, ih-394872-r91, su-9500085. I have developed a machining procedure that allows me to dismantle. Replace wear items (o-rings and check valve spring), then reassemble without harming in any way the. Internal workings of the valve. Items used in the rebuild. 2 – stainless steel springs. 1- 7/16 grade 25 ball bearing. Ball seats are lapped (400 grid lapping compound) for a tight seal. Pictured are all the parts replaced from rebuilding a automatic style valve. Manual valves are the same minus one large spring. I just used the cub for the first time since installing the valve you rebuilt. The timely way the work was done, only took 8 days. From the time i mailed it til i had it back in my hand, the professional. The cost was just about 1/3 of what i would have spent, and 1/5 of a new one at the dealer!
