MADE IN OUR USA! Not made in china, hong kong, india, etc but COMPLETELY MANUFACTURED in the USA and so made from the days when a company and its workers were proud of their products and made sure to resemble that good-natured pride by actually showing it in their work and quality materials. THIS IS ALSO LISTED ON OTHER SITES AND SO THIS IS A FIRST PERSON TO PAY FOR IT GETS IT. Very clean and very little surface rust…. Was garage kept 12 Horse Power Engine. Has the hydrostatic transmission… Even-numbered models are a standard transmission and odd-numbered models are a hydrostatic transmission. Not in the pictures but I have the starter/generator for it. All four tires have held air ever since I bought the tractor 2 years ago. I bought this Cub 125 just for the IH tiller that came with it to use on my Cub 124 with creeper gear and dual wheels shown next to the last pic. I can CERTAINLY say these Kohler engines WERE MADE TO LAST! I just rebuilt my early 1970’s Cub 128 (shown in the last pic) and the cylinder bore was not worn egg-shaped and still within factory specs. Previous owner just used the tractor for mowing grass and started to do a rebuild to freshen it up while still able to since he’s getting in his older years and had the spare time but ended up getting a good deal on a newer tractor. Crank turns smoothly, no play in the crank bearings, and the average wear on the valves. I’ve worked on these 1960’s – 1970’s Cub tractors for over 25 years and if you have any experience with them, then you know as well as I do on how WELL-MADE these Kohler engines are made to LAST… Can often just replace rings 2 and even 3 times and keep using the same piston before even considering to have the jug bored to the next size. The Cub 128 was my first tractor and I have only replaced the rings twice and only had to replace the piston once because I let the rings wear down too far which allowed the piston to start rubbing on the cylinder wall but like I said up above, the cylinder was still within factory specs! And yes, I WORK my tractors HARD and even use them for more than what the manufacture intended but yet these tractors take a beaten and keep coming back for more! As The Title Says, And So This Listing Is Only For The Cub Cadet 125 Tractor Shown In The First 10 Pictures. I will not sell the IH tiller, cub cadet 124, cub cadet 128, or anything other than the cub cadet 125 tractor unless specifically mentioned in the descriptions. THIS TRACTOR DOES NOT HOLD OVER 7 GALLONS OF GAS! Which are clearly presented further down the page.. This tractor is for pick-up only. Once it leaves my property I turn off the video cam.
