One of John Deere’s most popular garden tractor series, this 318 with hydrostatic transmission is showing 938 actual hours and is in remarkable mechanical and cosmetic condition displaying all original paint. Please reference above photos. Unit has factory front dual hydraulic remotes and power steering. A one family garage kept tractor that has been used for personal residential lawn. Mowing and light lawn trailer towing only. Tractor was dealer serviced spring 2019 and has since been used on a weekly basis. Electric PTO clutch was replaced two years ago. Starter bendix sticks occassionally but has never failed to engage. Tractor is still in use so hours may vary.
