THIS GRILL DOES NOT NEED PAINTING. SIMPLY BOLT ON YOUR TRACTOR. OF COURSE, YOU MAY LIGHTLY SAND THIS GRILL AND PAINT IT IF YOU LIKE. THIS PIECE COMES WITH A RAIN GUARD. IF YOU DON’T GET THE RAIN GUARD, YOU SEE A DARK GAP BETWEEN THE GRILL AND THE HOOD OF THE TRACTOR THAT LOOKS TERRIBLE IN MY OPINION. THERE IS NO COMPARISON IN QUALITY TO THIS GRILL.
