Deck will fit models in title, may need different bracket for the 400. Take a look at pictures, deck is in good shape, I never had on machine, but all pulley are tight and spins by hand. John Deere 445 gas engine with 60 mowing mulch deck. The mower has just had a full service by Koenig equipment co. Hours are 1450 hrs. 3 brand new mulching blades and a new battery. Mowing deck has an adjustment problem on raising and lowering deck. Deck wheels are worn and will need to be replaced by the end of year. Side panels have a few cracks that have been repaired.
