It has been well prepared for storage and kept indoors since 2003. This mower has never seen ethanol fuel. It is still ethanol free!! We changed the oil with CORRECT high zinc small engine oil. Changed both belts due to age. It starts runs and sounds. Not like modern emission control choked disposables. Intek starts instantly runs smoothly and does not smoke. Since this tractor is an older model it has the older style intek engines that were built to last. No plastic camshafts or paper thin crank cases. Start this thing up next to a newer single cylinder briggs and you will hear the difference. Hydro operates perfectly forward and reverse. 38inMow deck is rock solid engages smoothly no abnormal noises much thicker than current model decks. Best feature of this mower despite the strange color, is that it’s a Deere.
