Serviced and always stored in a climate controlled garage. Winterized and put in storage for the winter. New blades installed less that 20. Hours ago, mower runs and mows like a brand new unit. It has the added wheel. Comes with the original owner and operators manuals. Commercial mower, not the harry homeowner style. It has the heavy duty frame, deck and all pulleys have grease fitting just the same as the large commercial. This mower will last well over 3000hrs when properly serviced. Will not find a nicer, cleaner mower anywhere. Perfect mower at a good price. This is not a repaint, it 100% original. Deposit is required, balance to be paid by bank wire transfer, cashiers check.
