Complete high back john deere seat! We adapted this heavy duty deluxe seat to allow you to install it on your lx172, lx173, lx176, lx178, lx186, lx188, gt242, gt262 or gt275 series tractor. This is the same seat found on the deluxe model x700 series tractors! Replaces john deere numbers am115124 and am115813. You will be thrilled with what this brand new seat has to offer. The seat is fully assembled with the pivot bracket and new safety switch. This safety switch design is simpler and more reliable than the old system. Simply remove the old seat, slide the new pivot pin through the seat and mounting, install the spring clip to hold it together then reattach the safety switch wiring. No modifications are necessary to the tractor. Don’t take chances with ‘will fit’ seats that may sacrifice your comfort or safety.
