Professionally rebuild John Deere 200 Series Lawn Tractor Variator Clutch Assembly. Variator was completely disassembled, inspected for serviceability. Center hub and sliding sheave found to be within servicable specifications. The center hub was micro polished for smooth operation then one new JD M 74707 bearing installed. The center sheave/bushing measures 2.002, and the hub is 1.999=. Units parts were media blasted to remove any surface corrosion then primed and painted. Unit assembled IAW JD SM2105 Service Manual.
