Complete seat guaranteed to fit all of the following models regardless of serial number or year! 335, 355D, LX255, LX266, LX277, LX279, LX280, LX288, LX289, GT225, GT235, GT245, GX255, GX325, GX335, GX345 and GX355 model tractors. Will also replace the seat for models 325 and 345 above serial number 70,000. This seat replaces part number AM131531, AM125383 and AM131157 that was used on many popular John Deere Lawn and Garden tractors from 1999 to 2006. Go from this To This! This seat is roughly 18″ wide, 16″ deep and 16 tall. The seat is fully assembled and ready to install. Simply remove the old seat, and remove the seat switch by turning it counterclockwise, re-install the seat switch into the new seat, slide the pivot pin through the seat and mounting, install the spring clip to hold it together then reattach the safety switch wiring. No modifications are necessary to the tractor. Don’t take chances with’will fit’ seats that may sacrifice your comfort or safety.
