For sale here I have a decent side discharge 42 mower deck for John Deere LT180 LT160 lawn mowers. In overall good working condition, blades are nice and deck has no rot through or holes. Includes chute and blade brakes are good. Also has mulch kit and blades installed. Belt and idlers are good. Deck gauge wheel tabs and lift mounts have been welded and reinforced. The engine is a Kohler 16 hp single cylinder. The battery is weak but could possibly take a charge and the headlights operate. The transmission is a hydro and operates forward and back as it should. The mower deck operates with a bit more vibration than normal and will most likely need a bearing or spindle replaced. The discharge ring which is used for a bagger or mulch kit was repaired at one time. The seat is torn but still fully functional. The hood is in fair condition with a crack on the very top. This could be plastic welded and be fine for years. The tires are good and all hold air. The steering system seems to be in good working condition. This tractor with a good service may be ready for the mowing season. I will assist with loading onto a semi or trailer. You are encouraged to.
