46 twin blade deck. This machine runs and looks good and is very clean. Features a 22hp b&s v-twin engine that runs good. The 46 twin blade deck has good blades and is in great working condition.

The tires have great tread with no leaks. The paint looks good with a nice shine. The seat has a few tears that were taped. The automatic transmission works very nice. Starts and sounds good and is ready for mowing.

Had a fresh oil change and service with new plugs & filters. This is a one owner machine and was always garage kept, never used for commercial mowing.
