Low Cost Lawnmowers

One used IH Cub Cadet model 71 garden tractor with fenders and a deck. This tractor is complete but it doesn’t run. At some point it was painted white. It last ran in 2006. It has been sitting in the barn since then. I had intended to have it restored but it appears this is not to be. Questions are welcome and thank you for your interest! 04-15-19 Two more pictures added. Looks like someone welded/brazed the two points where the hood hinges to the frame.
