NEW OEM CRAFTSMAN \ PEERLESS 6 SPEED TRANSAXLE FOR 206-545C. CAN BE ADAPTED TO SPICER PART #. 4360-128, 4360-140 and the 4360-180. This transaxle can also be used to replace Spicer 4360-Series transaxles used in Sears-Craftsman mowers: It is a bolt-in replacement for the 4360-128, 4360-140 and the 4360-180, and I have been told by other Buyers that it will also replace the 4360-139 and the 4360-122. If you will be using this transaxle to replace a 4360-xxx Spicer and you have a fender-mounted shifter, you will also need a Shift-Link Kit to replace the Spicer shift-link components with Peerless-compatible parts.
