Restoration included complete deconstruction of all components, overhauled engine with rebore, new piston and rod, new intake and exhaust valves, new fuel pump and carburetor, all new factory wiring, variator drive bearing replaced, new primary and secondary drive belts, new PTO sheaves, new outboard axle bearings and seals, new shifter seal, all new electrical switches. Steering box overhauled with new bearings, and new steering knuckle joints installed. All 4 new tires with tubes. Mower deck received the same treatment: all spindle bearings replaced, all under cover idler sheaves replaced, and 4 new gage wheels. All large metal parts media blasted, and then powder coated, new seat, and glass hood refinished with Nason two stage paint. This is a nice solid deck. I had the deck welded in a couple of spots. We painted the top surface of the deck. We installed new blades, and gauge wheels.
