1981 John Deere 400 Lawn & Garden Tractor with 60″ mowing deck, 54″ front blade, rear wheel chains and utility cart. This tractor is in good running order and has 1200 hours. At that time it just had a new short block installed at 370 hours. I’ve kept the tractor garaged during the last 26 years. The tractor is fully operational is running great. Features and accessories include. Twin cylinder air-cooled 19.9 horsepower Kohler KQ532 engine. Two speed hydrostatic transaxle. Three spools of hydraulics, 2 remote and 1 for the rockshaft. Here to sell are your choice of any 1 of these 4 Lawn Mower tractors: 3 John Deere 110s, one (1) 112 John Deere Lawn Mower Tractor. 3 of the John Deere’s have decks the 110 in the back row of 3 on the far left does not have a deck (as the tractors face forward – and if you were standing behind them this would be the on the right – and in the same view standing behind them the one on the far left is the 112-so the one in the corner). The one in the back row without the deck is the only one we know anything about it mechanically – the one parked next to the big farm tractor so next to the big tractors tire – it was running and drove in that spot when parked. The other 3 all came in non-running from an estate and we Do Not know their mechanical condition. Here are the serial number for them. John Deere 110: SN T1021 054287M so a 1965 model. John Deere 110: A24529 so a 1965 model. John Deere 110: 074515M so a 1967 model. John Deere 112: 011468M. So an early 1967 model. For sale is a 48 inch deck for the John Deere X300, and X360 model tractors. Deck is in good condition. This is a nice solid deck. We installed new blades, four new gauge wheels, and a new chute. Tractor includes a 48″ cutting deck, 54″ snow/plow blade, wheel weights, tire chains, and service manual. This is direct drive hydrostatic with one set of hydraulic ports for front end attachments. The mower deck is power washed, bearings lubed, and blades sharpened every fall. The mower deck does not have any rust through. The oil is changed every spring. The 14HP Kohler engine was replaced in 2003 and runs great. This is a beast. It’s built to last. I just replaced the mower drive belt, changed the oil, cleaned the carb and installed a new air filter. The tractor is in the summer cutting configuration with the mower deck installed. I estimate the rear tires at 50%, and front tires at 30% tread wear. The seat has tears in the corners and the steering wheel has a break. The steering wheel is taped up and seems to be fine. The chassis is in great shape for its age, since I always keep it out of the rain. Red cub cadet 682 with 44c mower deck. Runs and works good. No leaks or smoke from engine. Mower is quiet and smooth. Tires have great tread. Only thing missing is head lights.
