THIS HAS BEEN NOT BEEN USED FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND DOES HAVE SOME SURFACE RUST UNDER THE BELT COVER. BELT COVER INCLUDED, YOU WILL NEED TO SMOOTH OUT THE PULLEYS AS THEY HAVE SOME RUST ON THEM. THE BELT IS OLD BUT MIGHT GO FOR A WHILE. I OPENED UP THE GEAR BOX AND IT DOES NEED TO BE SERVICED BUT DID APPEAR TO HAVE OIL AND NOT ALL RUSTED UP. JUST A FEW MILES EAST OF BLOOMINGTON, IL.
