I live in Oxford Mississippi and travel up to St. The hours I’m unsure of as the lcd display stopped working around 200 hours. It has the original tires and they have plenty of tread and all hold air. I have 2 decks you can pick from one in the pictures is a 62 inch and I also have a 48 inch that I will send pictures of. You will have your choice of which deck you prefer. Again this machine is not new. It’s in good used condition, used by a private owner never used commercially.
