Used 42 inch cut mower deck from a john deere lt160. This is just the bare shell. The only damage to it is that one of the brackets which held the deck wheel height adjustment is missing. It would not be very difficult for a welder to fix this piece. Aside from that it has has the normal scrapes and wear. For sale here I have a complete 60 side discharge mower deck for John Deere 425 445 455 lawn mowers. Later model deck with the plastic style covers but they and the chute are not on it. Deck has no rot or holes and is complete otherwise. No play in the spindles or gearbox. Blades and belt are in good shape. One idler has some play. Overall a decent mower deck. Wheels are worn some. Cub Cadet LT1018 tractor. I got this when I bought my house. Used it for a few years and then stored it when I bought a tractor with a bagger. It’s been stored in a shed for a few years. Came to the realization that I don’t need it any longer and it’s just taking up space. Mice got into it, but I cleaned them out and gave everything a once over. Could probably use a deeper cleaning. Starts and runs great; just 196 hours on the meter. Machine has some surface rust and dents and scuffs, but no major damage. Everything works as it should. New deck spindles two years ago. Will need blades sharpened most likely and could probably use an oil change, but aside from that, it’s ready to go.
