Low Cost Lawnmowers

This is a Scotts/Sabre/John Deere 54 mower deck from a Scotts 2554 Garden Tractor. This deck is in great condition. NO ROTTED THROUGH SPOTS ANYWHERE! It had some surface rust on it but has had a complete rust neutralizing treatment in the areas that the orange paint was bubbled up on. And the complete bottom side of the deck has been rust neutralized as well. All the spindles, pulleys and bearings are in great shape. The mower deck works perfectly. The spindles have been greased through the grease fittings. The belt is fairly new and is in great shape. This deck has had one of the spindles replaced. The blades need sharpening. The black areas are where the surface rust has been neutralized using Loctite’s “Rust Neutralizer” product. These areas can be painted over.
