John deere 318 with hydraulic snow plow and mowing deck. Briggs vanguard 18hp v twin. Motor installed in july 2009.

Only 27 hours of use since installed 5 years ago. The plow is all hydraulic 4 way plow. Has 3 point hitch attachment on the rear of the machine for other accessories. Comes with rear wheel chains and tire weights as seen in photo. Great running unit starts all winter long. Has approximately 1049 hours on the tractor and the plow and mower work great. This mower originally belonged to my grandpa who passed away in 2010. He bought new mower blades, belts, and motor for this in 2009. I installed the blades and belt early this year and mowed with it a few times for the heck of it and had only used it for plowing snow since 2010.
