This listing is for an exmark commercial mower that is in good condition. The mower has a kawasaki engine that runs good but is hard to start.

The blades are in good shape and are not bent and were recently sharpened. The mower was recently serviced and was used very little since the tune up. The drive belt is like new and has a new air cleaner and pre cleaner.

The deck is 36 inches and mowed great last time i used it. The mower does need a little work but will be a good mower for someone that gives it a little tlc. Case 446 hydrostatic lawn tractor, 16hp onan engine, runs and drives nice, mower works well. New battery, electronic clutch for mower engagement, electronic fuel pump. In nice overall condition for its age, i believe it was made in the 80’s not sure.

Had been in storage for a long time. Tires are in good shape but show some weatherchecking, and loose air pressure, may need some tubes. Feel free to ask any questions. It is a unrestored case 446, fully functional but in original condition.
